Port Discovery is dedicated to being a resource and advocate for children, families, caregivers, educators and the vibrant community we are part of. We provide a variety of resources, including programs for parents and caregivers, and love taking Port Discovery on the road to communities through events, festivals, and other opportunities.
Port-to-Ports
Bring Port Discovery to Your Event, School or Location
Interested in inviting Port Discovery to participate in your event, festival, community gathering, or location? Through our Port-to-Port program, we take Port Discovery’s unique, playful and fun activities on the road so that we can play, learn and engage with children, families, and community members! Parents at Play
This program is part of a multi-prong early childhood initiative that targets the growth and development of young children in conjunction with strengthening the relationships with their adults and caregivers. Parents At Play is a workshop series for parents and caregivers designed to educate participants on supporting children’s learning through guided play. Participants receive training in playful learning, gain understanding on early childhood growth and development, all while networking with peers.
Fathers at Play
