Hops & Vines is presented by the Explorer’s Council, Port Discovery’s young professionals’ advisory board. The event raises funds for the Museum’s educational and access programs, including early childhood learning initiatives and free/reduced admission programs for underserved students and schools, families with special needs, and military families.

Be a Vendor
Hops & Vines is a grown-up fundraiser for Port Discovery Children’s Museum that is presented by the Explorer’s Council, the Museum’s young professionals advisory board. At this event, guests take a tour of samples from breweries and wineries from around the region, with the backdrop of a fun night-at-the-museum vibe, complete with hors d’oeuvres, music, and mingling. Net proceeds of Hops & Vines will go toward supporting the Education and Access programming, both of which are at the core of the Museum’s mission of providing purposeful learning with play for all the children and families of Maryland.

- Date & Time: Saturday, November 19, 2022 // 7:30pm to 11pm
- Venue: Port Discovery Children’s Museum, 35 Market Place, Baltimore MD 21202
- Expected attendance: 200 – 250 guests

Vendor Details
- The event will showcase 10-12 wineries and breweries from the Maryland area.
- Vendor will provide enough quantity of wine/beer to serve 3-oz samples to all guests.
- Vendor will provide at least one staff to be present the full event duration to serve our guests.
- Port Discovery will provide cups/glasses, napkins, tables, linens, and signage as needed.
- For all products/services, we would be thrilled to accept donations, as the Explorer’s Council has a limited budget. However, we are open to negotiating a price based on wholesale/special event rates.
